About me

As founder and Managing Director, I bring over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. I started at a company specializing in homeopathic medicines, and my career path led me on to the prescription drug sector and  biologics.

I have a particular passion for building and developing, whether companies, processes, or products. With marketing and business development as my primary passions, and challenges in the field of sales, my career path took me from Business Unit Director to Country Manager and finally to Cluster Manager for an entire region, where I was always guided by my personal meaning in my work.

My basic skills are based on my commercial training, which I added with project management training through NextLevel and regulatory affairs expertise at Megra, Igepha, and Pharmig. During my time at Exeltis, I had the opportunity to complete a digital marketing course at ICEMD in Spain. My involvement in Igepha’s Sustainability Working Group and my role as an auditor at PMCA reflect my personal philosophy: always being open to new ideas, commitment and sustainable topics.

What defines me as a manager is the combination of leadership and psychology. Over the past few years, I’ve been able to enrich my interest in the wide variety of leadership styles through insights from logotherapy and existential analysis, as well as the VIA Character Strengths Model and discover new perspectives. The meaningful integration of AI into everyday business operations is something that cannot be overlooked in leadership today, where we learn and discover new aspects every day.

I'm passionate about the combination of strategy and hands-on work. That's what originally led me to focus on setting up affiliates and finding the right distribution partners.

To me, all of this is part of modern leadership management.

What sets me apart

1. Extensive leadership in AT & CEE & DACH

As Cluster Manager for Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia, I had full P&L responsibility, established affiliates and developed regional cooperation structures; as Country Manager, I was responsible for Austria and Switzerland.

 

2. In-depth expertise in Marketing, Sales & Launches

In various roles as Marketing Manager, Business Unit Director, Country Manager and Cluster Manager, as well as in interim positions, I have developed new products, planned and successfully executed product launches, shaped portfolio strategies, and been responsible for lifecycle management and go-to-market models.

3. Experience in establishing affiliates

I have set up Austrian affiliates for corporations, recruited and trained teams, created organizational structures, and established international partnerships.

I have enhanced organizational structures through sales partnerships and were looking for and managed distribution partners.

5. Network and industry knowledge

Based on my work at international companies such as Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Klosterfrau, Teva-Ratiopharm, Krka, Exeltis, and Fidia Pharma, I have built a broad network in the pharmaceutical, consumer health, and biotech sectors, have gained experience with various companies and corporate structures, and can draw on extensive experience with a wide range of business models.

4. Sales - Pharmacy &  HCP

From sales force optimization to leading a Europe-wide CRM implementation to developing field sales structures: I am familiar with all relevant areas of pharmaceutical sales, from finding the right team to setting up bonus systems, developing territory structures and cycle plans, as well as the necessary education and professional development programs.

6. Indications

Dermatology (psoriasis), gynecology, urology, CNS, orthopedics, wound care, ophthalmology, regenerative medicine, glucocorticoids, hyaluronic acid, a wide range of indications in the OTC and OTX sectors as well as in the generics segment.
