Launch-Excellence

Launch Excellence is a project plan for successful product launches and relaunches.

The launch plan links strategy with operational implementation and the vision with the planned goals; it is organized using a checklist and timeline, and views the launch as a milestone in the project plan rather than the final end. KPIs for tracking are incorporated into the post-launch phase.

Why a Launch-Plan

A launch project plan not only serves as a basis for budget presentations; it also functions as a foundational working document for coordinating all complex matrix processes within the company and with external partners.

Realistically planned buffer times are a must, and starting the planning process on time is essential. Ultimately, the plan serves as the foundation; it continues to function as a core document even after the launch through adjustments and updates, while also serving as a historical record and a blueprint for future launches.
